Teen soprano CHARLOTTE CHURCH is allowing a charity to auction a dress she wore when she sang to former American PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON aged just 13.

The VOICE OF AN ANGEL star expects the red garment - which was seen by millions of TV viewers when she sang to Clinton in 1999 - to net a minimum of $1,700 (GBP1,000) for the NOAH'S ARK APPEAL.

The money raised will help build and furnish the first children's hospital in her native Wales.

The charity's LYN JONES says, "Fans would love to get such a famous dress."
