Singer/songwriter CHRIS YOUNG was crowned the fourth winner of US reality TV talent contest NASHVILLE STAR last night (02MAY06). The 20-year-old beat nine other contestants on the AMERICAN IDOL-style show, which was hosted by country stars WYNONNA and COWBOY TROY. Young won a recording contract with Sony BMG Nashville and a new Chevy Silverado truck.
