N SYNC - CHASEZ READY TO FOLLOW TIMBERLAKE AND GO SOLO

'N SYNC star JC CHASEZ knows his bandmate JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE is a hard act to follow - but he's confident his solo debut has promise.

The boyband hunk is following his superstar pal into the solo arena, and he hopes the diversity of his upcoming album will help him compete.

He says, "That guy's a superstar. I'm just going to do my thing.

"I've kind of covered the whole scope. I've done dance-type stuff mixed with retro '80s stuff, mixed with R'n'B/hip-hop stuff."
