    • Teen soprano CHARLOTTE CHURCH's ex STEVEN JOHNSON has been charged with possessing an offensive weapon by police in his native Cardiff, Wales.

    The amateur DJ-turned-model was arrested by police last Sunday (29FEB04) after a Kung-Fu-style nanchuku weapon was found n his car, which was parked near a coastal beauty spot. He was then charged and released after spending a night in the cells.

    Johnson has been trying to woo back the VOICE OF AN ANGEL singer since they broke-up in December (03) and recently had a vicious fight with her new love KYLE JOHNSON (no relation) outside a nightclub.
