BRIGITTE NIELSEN - BRIGITTE ATTEMPTS TO EXPLAIN LOVE TRIANGLE

Danish actress BRIGITTE NIELSEN insists her reality TV romance with rapper FLAVOR FLAV is for real - even if she's engaged to another man.

Statuesque Nielsen, who is currently romancing the PUBLIC ENEMY star on VH1 TV series STRANGE LOVE after falling for him on celebrity show THE SURREAL LIFE, is engaged to Italian MATTIA DISEE.

But she claims her European romance isn't as serious as it seems to be.

She explains, "Who says I'm gonna marry another guy? In Europe it's not like in America, where you set a date."

But RED SONJA star Nielsen, who was formerly married to SYLVESTER STALLONE, does admit her Italian toy boy is struggling to come to terms with his part in the love triangle.

She adds, "He doesn't have an easy time understanding this."
