JEFF BRIDGES - BRIDGES HATED JOCKSTRAP IN TRON

Actor JEFF BRIDGES hated making 1982 film TRON because he had to spend 16 weeks wearing tights and a jockstrap. The gladiatorial cyber-adventure film was the star's worst movie experience because his restrictive dance belt made sitting down impossible. Bridges tells British film magazine, Empire: "I was drawn to that (Tron) because nothing like that had ever been done before. "Of course, things progress so rapidly that as soon as we did it, it became passe. It was a pain in the a** to make. Literally."
