British singer/songwriter JAMES BLUNT is reportedly romancing PUSSYCAT DOLLS beauty JESSICA SUTTA - only a week after announcing his split with long-term love CAMILLA BOWLER.

The YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL hitmaker met the DON'T CHA singer in Berlin, Germany, where both were promoting new material.

But despite living on opposite sides of the Atlantic, the ex-army captain hopes to re-kindle the romance on his forthcoming tour of America.

A source tells British newspaper the News Of The World, "It's early days, they've only just met, but James thinks Jessica is wonderful.

"They hit it off immediately but the logistics are different as he's based in Britain and she's in the States most of the time.

"But while Jessica was over here promoting her single, they saw a lot of one another.

"And even though she's returned home, they hope to continue their relationship. But they know it will be hard."
