JACK BLACK - BLACK PLANS TO PLAY SUPERHERO

Hollywood funnyman JACK BLACK is planning to take on the might of BATMAN and SPIDER-MAN with his own superhero in a new movie - who is blessed with amazing mental powers.

The KING KONG actor is hoping to turn the superhero genre on its head with a novel twist in the currently un-named film.

He says, "(In the movie) I am an astronaut who got too close to the sun. I come back to Earth and something is wrong with me but whenever the sun hits me I become the smartest man in the world. Hilarious!"
