BIG COUNTRY - BIG COUNTRY SINGER'S FATHER IN COURT ON SEX CHARGES

The father of tragic BIG COUNTRY singer STUART ADAMSON has appeared in court on child sex charges.

WILLIAM STUART ADAMSON is facing five counts of lewd and libidinous behaviour. The 67-year-old was released on bail after making no plea or declaration at court in Dunfermline, Scotland, and was committed for further examination.

IN A BIG COUNTRY singer Adamson hung himself in Hawaii (DEC01), following a lifelong battle with alcoholism.

He had previously cited his father as being one of the prime influences on his musical career, which began with punk quartet THE SKIDS.
