Hollywood actress HALLE BERRY hopes her adopted daughter INDIA will decide against pursuing an acting career.
The MONSTER'S BALL beauty divorced second husband ERIC BENET last year (04) after he admitted to numerous infidelities, but she has remained a guiding influence in his daughter.
The 38-year-old star says, "I wouldn't wish an acting career on her - but if that's what she wants to do I will support her and help her, but I am secretly hoping that she chooses another route."
