Anglo-Indian film-maker GURINDER CHADHA is to be honoured with the 2005 Chaplin Limelight Award at the upcoming WOMEN'S IMAGE NETWORK AWARDS.
The BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM director will join CATHERINE HARDWICKE and VICKY JENSON as an honouree in the three-year-old award, which she'll receive at a gala dinner in Los Angeles in September (05).
The Chaplin Limelight Award spotlights emerging women directors, who bring a sense of innovation and originality, together with a standard of excellence, to their creative pursuits.
