Rocker PAT BENATAR is still searching for a buyer for her home after actress KATE HUDSON rejected it.

ALMOST FAMOUS beauty Hudson reportedly passed on the palatial $4.5 million (GBP3 million) Malibu, California, estate - because her mother GOLDIE HAWN told her not to spend more than $3 million (GBP2 million).

Benatar, 50, and her guitarist husband NEIL GERALDO recently remodeled the house, which boasts a stairway leading down to the beach, three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a spa and a detached guest studio.
