Hollywood babe DREW BARRYMORE has parted ways with long-term agent PATRICK WHITESELL.

The CHARLIE'S ANGELS star, who is mourning the November (04) death of her father JOHN DREW BARRYMORE, ended her contract with the ENDEAVOR agent, who was dropped by JENNIFER LOPEZ last week (ends28JAN05).

An insider tells American gossip site PAGESIX.COM, "They had a meeting late last week, and she decided to go in a different direction. Drew is going elsewhere but hasn't made a decision yet. They are still friends, and Patrick did a great job for her."

MATT DAMON, BEN AFFLECK, HUGH JACKMAN and CHRISTIAN BALE are among Whitesell's celebrity clients.
