Soul legend BARRY WHITE is to become a father again - but his family are disputing the ill singer is the unborn child's father.

The JUST THE WAY YOU ARE crooner's girlfriend KATHERINE DENTON, 37, says she became pregnant before White suffered a massive stroke last September (02).

But she is refusing to have DNA tests made - and some of the singer's eight children are allegedly worried the new arrival will leave them with less of a share of his fortune when he dies.

An insider tells British tabloid THE DAILY STAR, "Barry has a will and made sure everyone was provided for - but some of the kids are trying to get a bigger cut."

White is still married to his second wife GLODEAN, making the situation even more complicated.
