TORI AMOS - AMOS GOES SOLO ON NEW TOUR
TORI AMOS is giving her backing band time off when she tours America this spring (05) - she's planning to perform solo.
The CRUCIFY singer usually tours with drummer MATT CHAMBERLAIN and bassist JON EVANS but she's heading out with just her piano for her upcoming April (05) dates.
The ORIGINAL SINSUALITY tour will kick off on 1 April (05) in Florida and wrap up in Los Angeles on 25 April (05).
Amos' manager JOHN WITHERSPOON says, "We always like to change it up a little, so we're going back to purely solo for the first time since 2001."
Amos plans to return to America in the summer (05), after a three-week European tour, with a full band tour.
The upcoming dates will support the singer's new THE BEEKEEPER album and her book, TORI AMOS: PIECE BY PIECE.
