ABOUT A BOY child star NICHOLAS HOULT has landed his first major film role since the 2002 HUGH GRANT-starring flick - but he's upset his drama school teacher in the process.

The 12-year-old actor will appear in LOVE IS A SURVIVOR next year (04) - but his former teacher, SYLVIA YOUNG, of the respected London talent school was furious that he quit to join another agency.

Hoult confides, "Apparently, she held an assembly and told pupils the worst thing they could do was to 'do a Nicholas'."
