VINCENT D'ONOFRIO - 'EXHAUSTED' D'ONOFRIO LEAVES HOSPITAL

LATEST: American actor VINCENT D'ONOFRIO was released from a New York hospital Friday (19NOV04) after a diagnosis of exhaustion.

The LAW AND ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT star, 45, had fainted on two occasions this month (NOV04).

He is resting at home in New York and was expected to return to work next week (begs22NOV04), says series spokeswoman PAM RUBEN GOLUM.

The actor fainted on 10 November (04) and was hospitalised after rehearsing a strenuous scene which included climbing for the New York-based drama. He was discharged after two days but fainted again at home on Monday (15NOV04).

He returned to the hospital for further observation and testing, which did not reveal any health problems beyond exhaustion, according to Golum.
