Everybody's favourite polka-dotted princess's The Pipettes follow up Top 40 smash Your Kisses Are Wasted On Me with a new single, 'Pull Shapes'.

Pull Shapes is The Pipettes call to arms, or, at the very least, their call to the dance floor. As with all Pipettes releases this is a song that once heard, is impossible to shake from the brain. Perhaps, a little less Spector and a little more Studio 54 with its string crescendos and four to floor beat, in the grand tradition of Abba's Dancing Queen or Madonna's Into The Groove (move your body and everything will be alright) it may well be the band's most defining three minutes to date.

Pull Shapes will once again be available on CD, 7" and digital formats backed with three non-album tracks that see the band push out in different directions including 'The Pipettes-go-electro' treat 'Guess Who Ran Off With The Milkman?', the spoken word wig out that is 'Magician Man' and live favourite 'Really That Bad'.

Pull Shapes is taken from the forthcoming album, 'We Are The Pipettes', produced by Andy Dragazis (Blue States) and Gaz Parton (The Go! Team) it includes the previous single, 'Your Kisses…' a newly recorded version of last year's 'Dirty Mind' as well as 12 other potential smashes and is released by Memphis Industries on the 17th July.
