'Trouble Sleeping' is The Perishers debut single, due for release on April 17th. Infact, you could already be aware of the beguiling sound of The Perishers, as they provide music on the soundtrack to the worldwide cult TV hits The O.C & One Tree Hill. The Perishers are Ola Klüft - vocals, guitar, Martin Gustafson - keyboards, backing vocals, Pehr Åström – bass, Thomas Hedlund – drums. The sublime Swedish four piece have been busy making fans in the US, on a recent tour with Aqualung.

The Perishers recently completed a hugely successful UK tour-supporting Mew and followed with an overwhelming and heaving, headline slot at The Barfly in Camden. The Perishers are already being compared with the likes Snow Patrol, with their driving guitars, catchy choruses and infectious melodies, they are certain to cast their spell on this summer's festival circuit.

Praise in their homeland for their UK & US debut 'Let There Be Morning' catapulted The Perishers to a new level, and they now hope to spread the critical acclaim to a worldwide audience. The single also includes the b-side 'Nothing Like You & I'. The album 'Let There Be Morning' is set for release through Red Ink (SonyBMG) on May 1st 2006.
