The Magic Numbers follow up their double platinum selling debut album with new single 'Take A Chance', due for release on 23rd October on Heavenly Recordings/EMI Records.

Three and half minutes of Romeo, Michele, Angela and Sean at their most frenetic, 'Take A Chance' is a gloriously melodic collision of harmonies, rattling drums and breakneck guitars. It's a tale of temptation and desire that skids into a stomping chorus that keeps on peaking. It's the kind of song that only The Magic Numbers could write.

Already a favourite from recent live gigs (V Festival, the Eden Project and their recent US tour with The Flaming Lips and Sonic Youth), 'Take A Chance' has been produced by Romeo and Michele Stodart and Richard Wilkinson, recorded at the mountaintop Allaire Studios in Woodstock, Upstate NY and Olympic Studios in London. It is the first track to be taken from The Magic Numbers' hugely anticipated second album, 'Those The Brokes' due for release on 6th November.

The band go on tour throughout November and December on the biggest UK tour yet.
