The Knife are Swedish siblings Olof Dreijer and Karin Dreijer Andersson, who are based in Stockholm and have been making music since 1999. The chances are you've heard one of their tracks without realising it is there, for countryman Jose Gonzalez found success with his cover of their "Heartbeats" song.

Taken from their latest album, "Silent Shout", "Like A Pen" is electronica with very little mainstream appeal. Those who are not fans of the genre are unlikely to find the mid-pace bleeps and samples appealing and it lacks a discernable hook. The stand out from it is that Karin has a wonderful and unique voice, but it's not best used here.
