`How To save A Life'
Million-Selling American LP Unleashed In The UK

The Fray don't fit into a niche, and they don't need to: word of mouth (or, word of digital mouth) combined with their impressive live shows has been enough. Now, the Denver 4-piece are - without question - one of America's biggest new bands. Currently touring the US, the critically acclaimed quartet are Number 1 on both the i-Tunes album and singles chart, have sold 1.5 million copies of their debut LP `How To Save A Life' and had their rousing hit single 'Over My Head (Cable Car)' streamed more than 1 million times in just one month on My Space. Now it's our turn.

With a Borderline show almost sold-out for December 6th, they've announced a 10-date UK tour as special guests to The Feeling, which includes a show in London on March 2nd. The full list of dates is listed overleaf. Together, Isaac Slade (lead vocals and piano), Joe King (guitar /vocals), Dave Welsh (guitar), and Ben Wysocki (drums and percussion) are destined for big things this side of the Atlantic too.

Blending raw piano melodies into their own contagious brand of rock-steady sounds, The Fray's debut album is both instant and relentless. Written by the band, it boats 12 impressive tracks that speak for themselves. There's no clever marketing or catering to genres necessary, yet they've been streamed over 16 million times on My Space, had more than 5 million views and close to 300,000 friends on the site.

Formed in 2002, The Fray have steadily risen to enjoy thriving commercial and critical international success. Having opened for artists that include Weezer and Ben Folds in 2005, their hit single `Over My Head (Cable Car)' climbed into the Billboard Top Ten and was certified platinum within weeks.

They will travel to Australia in early 2007 - where `Over My Head (Cable Car)' has just hit Number 1 on the national radio charts - plus New Zealand, Japan and Germany for the first time. They will embark on a huge US summer tour and begin work on the follow-up to `How To Save A Life'.

`How To Save A Life' will be released in the UK next Spring.
