The Crimea are poised to release 'Baby Boom' on August 21st as the latest single to be taken from their critically acclaimed debut album 'Tragedy Rocks'.

Hypnotically melancholy, 'Baby Boom' is one of the many highlights of the 'Tragedy Rocks' set. A prior independently released version was featured in John Peel's final Festive Fifty. "This song is about the constant urge to have sex," commented frontman and songwriter Davey Macmanus. "That great hindrance in life. The uncontrollable urge which so viciously ignores trust, respect and love."

'Baby Boom' is the third single to be taken from 'Tragedy Rocks' following 'Lottery Winners On Acid' and 'White Russian Galaxy'.
