| Termination | |
| This Agreement is
effective unless and until terminated by either you or Contactmusic.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Contactmusic also may
terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without
notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Contactmusic's
sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this
Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or
us, you must promptly destroy all non-purchased materials downloaded
or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such
materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. You hereby warrant and represent that (a) you own all rights to all Entry Materials submitted by you; and (b) all such Entry Materials are original works of authorship on your part and have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any other work and do not violate, misappropriate or infringe any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of any other person or entity. |
