Steve Addington is a pro surfer, his life is nothing but riding the waves. When he returns home to Malibu for one summer, his life is soon turned around when the sea is so flat he's unable to surf.

Out of money his manager pushes Addington to do something he wouldnt usually dream of and sell his image to be used on a video game. With no waves to keep his head in focus, the dude seems to be in a world of his own.
