Hailing from Chicago, Rashawnna Guy, who performs under the name Shawnna, is the first female artist signed to Ludacris' Disturbing Tha Peace Records. A former member of the hiphop duo Infamous Syndicate, Shawnna, daughter of legendary Blues guitarist, Buddy Guy, is known for her rapid fire delivery.

Her debut album Worth Tha Weight was well-received by critics, and spawned the hit singles "Shake That Sh**." Shawnna's new album, Block Music, scheduled for release June 2006 propelled by the anthem "Getting' Some." This new album Block Music features the production by Justice League, Xcel, Vudu and Pure Uncut Raw and guest appearances from her Disturbing The Peace Family including; Ludacris, Bobby V-Tino, Smoke of Field Mob, I-20 and Tity Boi of Playaz Circle.
