Scott Matthews will release his second single on the San Remo label through Island Records Group on December 11th '06. Entitled 'Dream Song' it is taken from his acclaimed debut album 'Passing Stranger', which was released on Island Records on 2nd Oct. '06. Scott's previous single 'Elusive' was a huge airplay hit.

Following a current sold out October/November tour,
