Robbie Williams returns to business with the release of a brand new single 'Rudebox' on September 4th on EMI Records. 'Rudebox' is the first single to be taken from his forthcoming new studio album, which will follow soon after.
'Rudebox' is a nasty, dirty, bass infused electro-funk-pop monster produced and written with fellow Stoke On Trent natives/compadres Soul Mekanik aka Danny Spencer & Kelvin Andrews.
Forged around a sample from Sly & Robbie's seminal 'Boops (Here To Go)' and twisted around his own unique visceral lyrical stylings, the result is the sound of our Rob jamming the electro-boogaloo on a bustling New York street corner in 1983. The sound is unmistakably fresh, and unmistakably Robbie Williams! It could be no other.

Rudebox is just a bit of fun. Our Rob is a raunchy lad so what! It ain't nasty
it's just fiesty. Good on you son it made me smile, it made me move and it got
me chuckling. What's up with that! Can't wait to get the album on October 23.
Saw the Robster at Knebworth and Paris. This lad knows how to put on a show.

Well me and my best buddie Jules saw this video and TUNEEEEE!!! for the first
time last week on hit list channel on TV. It was one of those Robbie days
everything from freedom to Advertising space. So as we were drooling over him,
this came up and I said this must be from years ago I haven't heard or seen
this one before!!! Then I realise it's a new release, stupid me. It made us
giggle and chuckle love the lyrics too. It's about time Robbie had some fun in
his life!! Perhaps if he is ever in Dudley he can look me and Jules up for a
game of UNO and a few ciggies too!!
