| Well the idea is certainly original. The aptly named band The Murderer are guaranteed to evoke a reaction (good or bad) with their first single release – a cover of Turin Breaks “Mind over Money”. As the name suggests they do a damn fine job of “murdering” the original with their own off key vocals and unexpected drum and bass beats with plenty of sci-fi padding. Who knows where it could lead. Rumours are that Travis are next on the hit list. Just a quick word of warning lads – make sure you get the solicitor situation sorted first. |
