| 2. Z Factor “Ride The Rhythm” (12" - Direction Records) |
| After managing to secure himself a position amongst the best selling singles of the year (i.e. Jakatta’s “American Dream” which, after reaching a number three position, hung around in the top 40 for a further 9 weeks) Z Factor, aka Dave Lee, has come up with another storming release. “Ride The Rhythm” has been hammered on all the top DJs decks over the past few months and now, the public, hungry for their own piece of the pie, will undoubtedly get this up tempo, disco-drenched and cleverly vocalised house number, flying off the shelves. Dave lee is no stranger to the studio. You may not recognise this particular name but, in various forms, such as Joey Negro, The Head Boys and Raven Maize he’s been creating some of the most exciting sounds in danceland for many years. This release is no exception. |
