| The music selectors for the soon to be blockbuster “Lara Croft Tomb Raider” are obviously in the know about who’s selling well in the dance field at the moment. They have decided on a soundtrack comprising of offerings from, amongst others, Basement Jaxx, The Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, Moby and Leftfield. Alongside that impressive list comes the two offerings on this 12”. The a side’s Revolution by BT is a full-on breakbeat workout that could have no more an appropriate home than a chase scene in an action film, even if it is real headache material. The b sides “Edge Hill” by Groove Armada encompasses the other end of the spectrum. It’s gorgeous, steamy, sexy and chilled – guess the scene for that one then! And it’s definitely the winning track of the two. |
