Since emerging on the NYC café circuit in 2001, Regina Spektor has been hailed as a truly special talent. Her debut album "Soviet Kitsch" offered ample proof of the Russian-born, Bronx-bred musician's many remarkable gifts.

'Begin to Hope' is the 2nd album to be released by Miss Spektor and it doesn't disappoint. She continues to shape her music around her truly unique and provocative vocal style & piano skills.

"I try to write songs the way a short story writer writes stories," she says. "I always thought, 'Why can't I write a song from the point of view of a man or a criminal or an old woman?' Obviously some of it comes from personal things, but it's so much more fun when a concept or idea pops into my head and then I pull on it and out comes this thing that I never expected."

'On The Radio' is the latest single to be taken from the stunning follow up to "Soviet Kitsch".
