As brother of Brandy it was always gonna be hard to move from her shadow and make a statement to the world that he is a serious talent too. Well Ray J has managed just that. Brandy’s last album was a bit of a flop and the most glaringly obvious reason being the lack of one Rodney Darkchild Jerkins on production. Whether it is fate or realisation it is Darkchild that produces this ballad of jaw dropping proportions. Mr Jerkins producer of some of the biggest hit urban records

in urban music history is also an absolute master of R&B ballads and this simply adds weight to that statement. Written by Ray J, Rodney and brother Fred Jerkins this dreamy ballad with stunning lyrics and vocals to match will be an absolute monster Stateside and lets hope as with the likes of Mario “Let Me Love You” it crosses to be hit in the UK too.
