Prodigy - Their Law Album Review
The Prodigy
Their Law
Released 17th October 2005
Kicking off with one of the best songs written by the Prodigy, this album rocks from start to finish. This is a compilation of full of all the best music to ever have come out of Essex.
Firestarter, from the 1998 album Fat of the Land sets the mood before we're hit with the massive track the compilation takes its name from, Their Law. I remember rinsing this track when it came out on a coach on the way to the Alpes. The Prodigy have always been a band that write anthemic tunes. Breathe, Out of Space, Smack My Bitch Up, Voodoo People, Poison, No Good, Charly…they're all classics and they all bring back happy memories of having it large in my home county of Essex! Happy Days!
This album is packed full of beauties and is perfect for a house party. Look out for the version with a red badge too, this comes with a second CD full of remix tracks including the recently released Audio Bullys remix of Out of Space and the Pendulum remix of Voodoo People.
