From March 18th Walt Disney Pictures present this latest, delightful adaptation of the AA Milne Winnie the Pooh stories: “Pooh’s Heffalump Movie”; Cert U. The film follows on from the successes of “The Tigger Movie” and “Piglet’s Big Movie”.

In this new adventure, something mysterious is haunting Hundred Acre Wood. In the minds of Winnie the Pooh, Rabbit, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet their beloved forest home is being invaded. They think these terrifying creatures that they’ve never seen, called Heffalumps, are creeping in from Heffalump Hollow that adjoins the Hundred Acre Wood. Led by Rabbit, our heroes invade Heffalump Hollow to scare away the evil Heffalumps.

Little Roo yearns to go along, but the adults won’t let him because he’s too young. To prove himself, Roo decides that he’s going to go off on his own and capture the illusive creature. On their mission, the gang discovers, thanks to Roo, that the intruder is a quite amiable young Heffalump named Lumpy. Roo and Lumpy strike up a sweet friendship and work together to dispel the unfounded fears of their respective friends and families.
