Peter Doherty and Wolfman release a single For Lovers, through Rough Trade Records on Monday 12th April. The B.side Back From The Dead, features Carl Barât (guitar & vocals).

Peter Doherty and Wolfe met many years ago in the poetry section of a London bookshop. During the tail end of last year, in true gothic tradition, he and Wolfe disappeared to the bleak seaside town of Whitby (where Dracula was written) and wrote For Lovers and Back from the Dead.

Pete and Wolfe have announced a show at London’s Café De Paris on Tuesday 13th April to celebrate the release of their single For Lovers (released April 12th).

Tickets are very limited and are priced £12 in advance, they are available from Brown Mcleod 0114 268 47 47. Special guests will be announced shortly. Prior to the show they will be signing copies of For Lovers at the Virgin Megastore, Oxford Street at 6pm
