Mead and Danny Sargassa write and produce their own music.
The weird and wonderful duo return with their latest
delightful
down-tempo release Platonic Rate.
The Parsley boys couldn't have given the record a more apt
title, "it really does what it says on the
packet"
with such an enjoyable chilled and dreamy feel to it. A
curiously
frosty track follows, the track titled Sitar Magic. The
spiritual
balance is restored with the "wistful" Ease
Yourself
& Glide.
The record has a varied and surreal sound while managing
to remain cohesive, this is one of the nicest EP's I have
heard this year and is definitely worth a listen!
Parsley Sound are still working in the studio to
complete
their unnamed debut album, if they follow the same paths
they have been travelling along, this will definitely be
worth the wait.
