This tale of love and longing drifts along on jangly guitars, kiddie keyboards and backing vocals by a Phil Spector girl group, all with the bittersweet joie de vivre of The Cure at their "Friday, I'm In Love" most optimistic.

Yes it's retro, no, it won't change the world and won't break any new ground, but when a band can create a song this cute, sugary and addictive, who cares? Bring on the summer.
