The band who hail from the seaside town of Tynemouth unleash their next slice of infectious pop beauty on November 6th with the single ‘I Am Blisters, I Am’ on the Kitchenware label.

A continuing string of successful dates the length and breadth of the UK, supporting bands as diverse in style as We Are Scientists, Orson, Editors and The Futureheads shows that The Motorettes fall outside the boundaries of sub-sub-genred rock music that clumps together to parallel the latest trends.

Their recent co-headline tour with Kubichek! saw them received almost maniacally with gigs that usually ended in mass stage invasions whilst both bands hammered any instrument available in the final song of the night.
