Missy was recently in the UK for the
Brit Awards where along with Alicia Keys and Gwen Stafani,
she re-worked the Prince classic, ‘Kiss’ in a
spectacular one-off collaboration. She has since returned
to the US where she and fellow label mate Tamia will embark
on the Verizon tour with Beyonce and Alicia Keys. Missy also
took home the Grammy Award for ‘Best Female Rap Solo
Performance’ for her record-breaking single’ ‘Work
It’ from her last album Under Construction (2002).
In addition to all of this, Missy has found time to put the
finishing production touches on the forthcoming sophomore
offering by eastwest/Goldmind/Elektra recording artist Tweet,
whose 2002 debut, Southern Hummingbird album was welcomed
with critical acclaim.

A Test was released in November 2003. ‘I'm Really Hot," the
forthcoming new single is on the C-list at Radio One and
the video, produced by Brian Barber is already on heavy rotation
at MTV Base and Channel U.
