Marilyn Manson releases his new single Heart Shaped Glasses (When the Heart Guides the Hand) on 28th May then the album Eat Me, Drink Me on 4th June 2007.

The explosive lead single 'Heart Shaped Glasses [When The Heart Guides The Hand]' marks a transformation in what has come to be expected from Manson. For a start he is singing and like some of the other new songs on the album they are the most melodic he has done.
'Heart Shaped Glasses, When The Heart Guides The Hand' will be available to download from May 25th.
Marilyn Manson's new album 'Eat Me, Drink Me' works its way through an 11 track set & was co-produced with Tim Skold who has been Manson's bassist since 2002. They started work on 'Eat Me, Drink Me' in a studio in the Hollywood hills last Halloween.
The album title has, in part, been influenced by both Alice's Adventures In Wonderland and the story of Armin Meiwes - the German man sentenced to life after killing and eating a man he met on the internet in 2001.

THINK THE BLOOD'S A GREAT IDEA!THIS SONG,AND VIDEO CAN HAVE SO MANY DIFFERENT
INTERPRETATIONS FOR SO MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE.TO ME-IT'S EXTREMEMLY ROMANTIC.THE
BLOOD'S A SYMBOL OF BECOMING ONE EACH OTHER.GOING OFF THE CLIFF SYMBOLIZES THAT
THEY WANT TO BE TOGETHER IN THE AFTERLIFE.I'VE SEEN JUST ABOUT ALL OF MANSONS
VIDEOS,AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS IS HIS BEST ONE-AND MY FAVORITE ONE.
