One of the standout latin tracks from Manu Chao's much-acclaimed 'La Radiolina' album, released in September 2007. 'Me llaman Calle' ('They call me street') was originally written for Spanish director Fernando León de Aranoa's celebrated 2005 film 'Princesas' ('Princesses') and went on to earn a Goya nomination - the Spanish equivalent of an Oscar - for Best Original Song. 'Me llaman Calle' also won a Latin Grammy Award as Best Alternative Song.
Available as a download on iTunes from Monday 31st December + two exclusive live tracks - 'Mr. Bobby' and 'Día Luna ... Día Pena', recorded at the Coachella Festival in America this April. (The original version of 'Mr. Bobby' appeared 'Proxima Estacion: Esperanza' (2001) and 'Día Luna ... Día Pena' was on 'Clandestino' (1998).
