It’s All Vain

Magnolia have created an interesting dance track with ‘It’s All Vain’ on Data Records. It has all the obvious features of a dance track that is constructed to build you up while the beat keeps tripping along to catch you in the groove. The syncopation of bass and drums is quite unique. The beats are not quite baleric, not quite breakbeat which makes this track quite interesting. The layers on top, including keyboards, funky samples and a repetitive vocal constitute an acceptable upbeat dance track that is guaranteed to be played at a club near you. Not ground breaking but a good attempt and plenty of remixes to keep you entertained.
