Single Review
Crunching indie/folk circles around like a flushing toilet at a post hotel, as the echoing, rugged and slightly psychedelic vocals of Steve Mason sit up from a cosy bed of summery, swirling piano fused and percussion jangled instrumentals. B-side 'Tears Dry' takes things to another atmosphere, as the slow ringing electronic provides the backdrop to the longing vocals and show up King Biscuit Time's contemplative side.
This is an offering of crafted and sincere music from a bold musician with an eye for the off-kilter style.
