Kid Symphony
Meet You
on the Other Side
Kid Symphony seem to
be stuck in the late seventies/ early eighties, not that
that’s a bad thing. Imagine Ziggy-era Bowie cavorting
with Guns and Roses, the result is strange but hard to dislike.
It’s so catchy you’ll find yourself bobbing along
to it without even realising it. This is particularly with
lyrics like ‘When I were you and you were me/and everything’s
a catastrophe/ She’s a man and you’re a girl/
And everything is strange.’ Strange indeed, yet captivating
at the same time and will leave you with a smile on your
face.
