Dynamic 17-year-old Londoner Keisha White is set to release her fiery debutsingle ‘Watcha Gonna Do’ on 15th March 2004.

‘Watcha Gonna Do’ is an up-tempo R&B track on which Keisha’s distinctivevocal overlays an infectious R&B rhythm, with funk-rock guitar licks. It’s asound that refuses to be defined - like Kelis at her genre bending finest.Co-written by Keisha, ‘Watcha’ is a feisty and defiant song about therelationship between kids and their parents!

Keisha White created a huge industry buzz after her vocals appeared on PaulOakenfold’s ‘Harder They Come’ and Desert Eagle Disc’s ‘Bigger Better Deal.’At only 16 years old, Keisha was invited to Warner Records and overwhelmedan intimate audience on raw talent alone by performing an acoustic set.

For the past year Keisha’s been working on her debut album with renownedwriters and producers: US producer Scott Storch (Dr Dre, Christina Aguilera,Beyoncé, Janet Jackson), writer Balewa Muhammad (Whitney Houston, Christina Aguilera), Marko Rakascan (Maxwell), Soul Power (Jamelia, Monica) and LucasSecon (P. Diddy, Tweet, Sugababes).

She's currently touring with the Black Eyed Peas and looks set to raise thebar as the new vanguard of a new UK urban sound in 2004.
