Single Review

The long-winding Liverpool songstress provides some cyber filling relaxation with her Joni Mitchell, Nick Cave and Nina Simone blending sound, poetically examining the power and pull of human emotion. With a back catalogue of five searching albums, Williams effortlessly uses music as a tool for contemplation and relaxation, as does her increasing fan-base, no doubt?

This snippet from forthcoming album 'Free To Remain' is enhanced by the philosophically roving 'Everyday Sill Life'. A wistful wind accompaniment grinds the track along for the crystal vocals to gloss over. It looks like this evergreen presence in modern music is not showing signs of wilting.
