It's nice to hear music with a sense of depth and gravity. So it is with this offering from Hurt. This is a subtle blend of heavy grooves, with dark overtones. The vocals pitch between dark whispers and rocking roars. Echoing drums pound, and punching riffs abound, whilst grandiose pianos appear to stir the senses. You're not likely to find anything here that really pushes the boundaries of the rock scene, but if heavy, dark rock is your thing, you'll love Hurt.
