Holy Hail release a new single, Cool Town Rock on November 26th 2007.

Holy Hail launched Adventures Close To Home recordings in April 2007 with the release of their debut single 'Born Of A Star' - limited edition 12" copies of which sold out in a matter of weeks. The label then followed with the debut release for Free Blood, the new band of ex-!!! member, John Pugh.

It isn't all about the 'cool', the 'hip' and the 'now'. Holy Hail are a band of many facets and 'Cool Town Rock' is their mellifluous pop song; an ode to their home of New York City, and their love/hate relationship with it. Its sweet sensibilities and cool edge easily rival the likes of indie-pop anthems like 'Young Folks', 'Foundations' and 'Those Dancing Days'.

'Cool Town Rock' comes complete with 'Samo Son' on the b-side (think ESG, The Slits etc) and the superb video was directed by the extremely talented, Mirrorshade.
