Everyone’s New Favourite Band The Hives have announced details of a new single, ‘Main Offender’, to be released on May 6th through Poptones/Telstar. This is the second single to be taken from The Hives' Gold album ‘Your New Favourite Band’ which reached No.7. in the UK album charts recently and is rapidly approaching Platinum status.

Already familiar to many as the track which got Kylie going in her infamous Agent Provocateur ad, ‘Main Offender’ is the follow up to The Hives hit single ‘Hate To Say I Told You So’ which was released in February and resulted in one of the most exciting and memorable Top Of The Pops live performances in a long time. ‘Main Offender’ will be available on CD & 7”.

The Hives will be returning to the UK in May to play 5 dates. Their Brixton Academy show sold out within 3 weeks of being announced.

May 6th Belfast Limelight

Following these dates The Hives will be heading to Japan and then on to the US to play more shows.
